《Metal Gear Survive》从宣布到推出一直都没有少被网民骂过，许多玩家只要一看到《Metal Gear Survive》的第一件事就是FYK。最近有玩家表示游戏里的存档还是要用钱买的，这让更多粉丝讶异不已。近日有网友发现本作里开头的队员名单中埋藏着一个致敬小岛秀夫的彩蛋。游戏开头影片里，出现了一份队员的名单，其中队员的名字分别可以拼成MG KIA(Metal Gear Killed in Action)，KJP FOREVER。

还有人发现其实在《Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain》中寻找迷路的士兵的名字也能凑成KJP FOREVER。

你以为这样就完了吗？在一开始那份名单中，有人发现最后两个队员的名字分别是Bastard(混蛋) Yota和Cunning(狡猾) Yuji，而这两个名字分别可以联想到游戏总监Yota Tsutsumizaki和制作人Yuji Korekado。
