玩家将在广阔的世界里收集神秘的「帕鲁」，让这些生物执行战斗、建设、耕种以及制造等工作。你会用各种武器来火力压制帕鲁，然后再将他们捕抓起来！此外，你还可以出售它们，甚至屠宰它们来充当食物。开发者表示，本作的核心系统，像是抓怪、战斗、探索、建造和物品制作基本都已经完成。这次的抢先体验中将会有超过100种怪兽，一个巨大的开放世界，超过350种道具，以及超过70种的建筑物。
