《Baldur’s Gate 3》自 2023年8月推出以来，便成为了不少玩家热爱的游戏，也因此入围了今年 The Game Awards 里包括年度游戏在内的多个奖项。本作在今天（2023年12月1日）正式推出了 5.0 版本更新，虽然更新大小为 30GB，不过内容极其丰富，除了有新的模式以外还有全新结语篇章供玩家游玩！

这一次的版本更新针对游戏的平衡以及优化做出了不少改动，其中除了修复了一些玩家在 ACT III 里遇到的问题以外，也针对 PS5 平台加入了动态分辨率功能。
不过比较令人在意的，会是游戏加入了全新的结语篇章，只要玩家在最后打败了「Netherbrain」就能够开始体验。这个篇章的事件设定在结局的 6个月以后，为玩家的同伴提供一个完美的结局。
除了结语篇章以外，游戏也加入了两个新的游戏模式供玩家游玩，分别是「Honour Mode」以及「Custom Mode」。在「Honour Mode」里，玩家就只有一个存档，游戏内的所有伤害都会提高，头目也会有一些新的手段来应对玩家。
在「Custom Mode」里，则是能够让玩家自定义属于自己的《Baldur’s Gate 3》体验，从敌人伤害、角色强度到敌人是否会打出暴击都能够做出修改。
官方表示《Baldur’s Gate 3》的 5.0 版本更新容量大约为 30GB，不过会需要预留大约 130GB 的空间才能够顺畅安装更新内容！
